Steve Monster, A Travelling Installation

Saturday 2rd July 11am-6pm

‘Steve Monster’ tells the story of Steve Feltham who, in 1991 at the age of 27, packed in his full time job and sold his house in search of an alternative way of life. He set off to the Loch Ness to fulfill his childhood ambition of becoming a full-time monster hunter. In an act of earnest mimicry this work documents Steve’s life. The colourful installation comprises a caravan, signs, display boards, monsters, a video, etchings, photographs, and an accompanying open ‘make your own monster’ workshop for children to make their own clay monsters.
